Leadership for a New Generation
The WEGVISOR® Leadership Foundation supports individuals who are ready to shape the future – young professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are willing to choose responsibility and grow beyond themselves. Our vision is a world where leadership is defined not by status, but by character and impact. That’s why we invest in people, not just ideas. Through scholarships, pro bono coaching, and targeted development programs, we create access to growth – regardless of financial background.
Where Research Meets Practice
We believe in the power of insight and experience – and we bring both together. The foundation supports bachelor’s and master’s theses, initiates its own studies, and facilitates hands-on experiments and applied research projects. In doing so, we actively contribute to the evolution of leadership, entrepreneurship, and human effectiveness. Our research is always practice-oriented – with direct relevance for the challenges of tomorrow.
