Leadership Group
A series of ten sessions dedicated to reflection, exchange, and personal growth in leadership.
A learning space among peers
The Leadership Group consists of ten intensive sessions where you engage with the core questions of effective leadership. Through inspiring inputs, practical exercises, and honest self-reflection, you’ll continue to evolve your personal stance as a leader.
Universal leadership principles serve as a red thread throughout – offering structure, clarity, and tangible guidance for your everyday leadership. The exchange with other committed leaders turns the Leadership Group into a genuine learning space among equals.
Our gift – your commitment
The Leadership Group spans ten sessions over a period of three to five months. Sessions usually take place in the morning, are scheduled in advance, and last between 60 and 90 minutes – either online or in person, depending on the group and location.
Your participation is made possible through the WEGVISOR Leadership Foundation. There is no participation fee – your investment is your time, presence, and willingness to show up openly and consistently.
Upcoming
Two to six leadership groups launch annually – online via Zoom, hybrid or live in-person.
