This quarterly gathering brings outstanding individuals from across the country, each with remarkable character and leadership, to our region.

An Otto von Bismarck quote captures the event's philosophy perfectly: “Only a fool learns from experience; a wise person learns from the experience of others.” Responding to the question, “How did you do it?” these speakers share insights from their personal and entrepreneurial journeys – their vision, values, challenges, and successes – delivering a powerful spark of inspiration to the audience. With the motto To provoke is to inspire thought, they encourage everyone present to reflect on their own growth.

After the presentation, there’s an engaging, semi-moderated exchange in small groups to process and apply the insights gained. This discussion is guided by the principle: “Weak people talk about others, average people talk about events, and great minds discuss ideas.”
