WEGVISOR® Impulse Day – August 2026

This quarterly event brings outstanding personalities with strong role-model and inspirational character from across the country into our region.

A quote by Otto von Bismarck captures the philosophy of this event series in a provocative way:

“Only a fool learns from his own experience; a wise person learns from the experience of others.”

By asking the simple yet powerful question, “How did you do it?”, our speakers share their personal and entrepreneurial journeys — their vision, values, successes, setbacks, and the lessons learned along the way. In doing so, they provide a strong and lasting impulse for the audience.

Guided by the motto “To provoke means to stimulate thinking,” the event invites participants to reflect on their own development and leadership path.

Following the keynote, participants engage in an intensive, partially facilitated small-group exchange to directly reflect on and integrate the insights gained. This dialogue is inspired by a well-known saying from the United States:

“Weak people talk about others, average people talk about events, and strong minds discuss ideas.”
