At first, I was rather skeptical about coaching, but after the very first meeting with WEGVISOR, I was impressed by the results achieved. 

Leadership isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept – this became evident through coaching with Sebastian! I gained surprising insights into my own perceptions and ‘truths’ as a leader, especially in challenging situations that go beyond technical issues.
